One patch will clean each rifle and several patches to dry out the barrel with. After that I use a patch with Clenzoil to lub the barrel.

WebFeb 24, 2014 · Put your cleaning rod, with a brass brush on it, in a drill. A good one piece brass rod is best. Squirt a little wd40 down the barrel and run the brush through the barrel. Only takes a few seconds and the fouling will be gone. Clean it up using a separate rod with a paper towel on it and a little more wd40. No need for nasty solvents, soaking
